Danielle McQuiston is a Managing Director in Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office. In this role, she advises customers on procurement governance, operating models, and transformation. Before joining Zip, she served as Chief Procurement Officer for North America and Global Head of R&D Procurement at Sanofi, as well as Chief Customer Officer at Candex, and led procurement organizations through growth, acquisitions, divestitures, and digital transformation.
Helen Boyd is a Director in Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office, where she advises global organizations on procure-to-pay transformation and enterprise-wide change. Before joining Zip, she led procurement services at Stripe, global procure-to-pay and payroll at Dropbox, and finance transformation at LinkedIn, building high-performing teams and leading platform implementations, automation programs, and ERP migrations.
James “JD” Dinette is Vice President of Global Alliances & Partnerships at Zip. He has more than 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, strategic alliances, and business transformation, including leadership roles at Accenture and Coupa. JD is also a frequent speaker, retired U.S. Navy Commander, and former Naval Flight Officer.
James Lim is an Engineering Director at Zip, where he leads the Foundations engineering organization across core infrastructure, storage, search, security, developer and data platforms, and AI foundations. His career spans more than 15 years, with previous roles at Affirm and Samsara as well as experience as an early engineer at several successful companies. James also advises startups and writes about engineering at jimjh.com and on Medium.
Jason Moore leads Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office, helping customers achieve more predictable procurement outcomes through intake and orchestration. Previously, he served as Global Head of Procurement Operations at Discover Financial Services, where he led a transformation that reduced cycle times by 55% and increased customer satisfaction by 70%. Jason also held a delivery operations leadership role at Acxiom, focused on commercial contract outsourcing.
Jason Powell is a Managing Director in Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office and advises fast-growing, decentralized businesses on procurement adoption, control, and compliance. Before joining Zip, he led global procurement at Figma and Asana and served as Global Head of Procurement and Payroll at Stripe, building procurement organizations, sourcing programs, and international payment operations.
Jim Czarnecki is Managing Director in Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office. He has 16 years of procurement and supply chain experience, including serving as Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at MGM Resorts International. Jim previously worked at Rockwell Automation and spent 15 years as a commercial airline pilot. In 2020, he was named Procurement Leader of the Year by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council.

Kyle Zarambo serves as Managing Director, Enterprise Transformation at Zip, where he leads Zip for Manufacturing, helping manufacturers modernize procurement across people, processes, and technology. He brings more than 20 years of experience in operations and global procurement, including 15 years leading procurement transformation at multinational manufacturers. Before joining Zip, Kyle led global procurement strategic programs at Carrier and was Senior Director of Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing at Albemarle. He also held procurement leadership roles at Mars. He began his career in GE's Operations Management Leadership Program.
Michael Rooney leads Zip’s Enterprise Transformation Office in EMEA, helping customers turn procurement technology into meaningful business transformation. He has 16 years of experience across procurement, finance, and technology, including leadership roles at ProcureTech, Pearson, and Deloitte. Michael writes and speaks about procurement orchestration, digital transformation, and AI.
