When and where is Zip Forward taking place?
Zip Forward is taking place at The Glasshouse, located at 660 12th Ave, Floor 6, New York, NY 10019, from September 16–17, 2026.
Arriving early? Join us on September 15 for the Zip Run Club at 2 PM — a 5K through Riverside Park (walkers, joggers and runners are welcome). Then head to the Zip Forward Welcome Reception at 4:30 PM at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, located at 1941 Broadway at W 65th St, New York, NY 10023.
What's included with a Zip Forward pass?
Your pass includes full access to:
- Zip Forward keynote, general sessions, and workshops
- Breakfast, and lunch on both days
- Coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event
- Welcome party, featuring drinks and light bites

Where should I fly into and is there a hotel room block?
We recommend flying into LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK), or Newark Liberty (EWR).
Book your hotel accommodations through Zip Forward's room block at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square to secure a special rate. This rate is available until August 24, 2026.
Is there a group rate available for conference tickets?
Yes, there is a 25% ticket discount for groups registering three or more guests.
What is the dress code for Zip Forward?
Business casual attire is recommended at Zip Forward. Bring a light jacket or sweater for the air conditioned rooms at The Glasshouse.
Is the event venue accessible?
Yes, The Glasshouse is fully accessible with ADA-compliant entrances, elevators, seating, and restrooms.
